Finding the right size for your Sifu Strap is easy! Here’s a quick
guide based on wrist size, lug-to-lug dimensions, and keeper positioning
preferences:

• For Wrists larger than 7"
  We recommend a size Large for a comfortable fit.
• For a 7" Wrist:
  A Medium or Large will generally work. If you prefer the keepers to be closer to the case chose a large.
• For a 6.5" Wrist:
  We recommend a Medium.
• For a 6" Wrist and smaller:
  A Small is recommended.

No, there’s no need to remove the spring bars. Once you’ve removed your factory two-piece strap or bracelet from the watch head, you can easily switch Strap colors without any need to remove spring bars.

Installing your Sifu Strap is simple and quick. Follow these steps:

1. Prepare Your Watch Head:

• Start with the watch head alone, ensuring the spring bars are installed and there’s no existing strap.
• Take the tail end of the strap and feed it down through the 12 o’clock spring bar, then back up through the 6 o’clock spring bar.
• Slide the watch head close to the first keeper.

2. Position the Watch:

• With our patented "Keeper-First" design in mind, place the watch head on your wrist, Insert the tail end of the strap through the first keeper.
• Pull the tail through the keeper to so that the strap is snug on the wrist.

3. Adjust the Buckle:

• While holding the strap firmly between your body and wrist, insert the tail end through the buckle and pull to adjust the fit.

4. Tidy the Tail:

• Feed the strap through the last two keepers. Tuck the tail in or out—whichever suits your preference. Enjoy the comfort, style, and security of your Sifu Strap!
